General Information
This course introduces students to the fundamental concepts of intercultural communication and ethics, emphasizing cultural and historical awareness.
It offers theoretical understanding and practical skills for effective and respectful interaction across diverse cultures, micro-cultures, and different professional environments. The participants will learn about the impact of cultural diversity on communication styles, values, and ethical perspectives – both in theory and by examining various frameworks and real-life case studies.
Certificate of Attendance
Requirements:
Certificate of Attendance serves as proof that the individual attended the lectures and view material provided.
The certificate is awarded only to participants who have met the minimum attendance requirements (30 minutes of each lecture or 60% of lectures)
Attendance is verified through various means, such as digital attendance records.
Acquisition process:
The certificate is issued only after confirming that the individual has indeed attended or participated as required.
The Certificate of Attendance will be issued with a digital signature to ensure its authenticity and security. This electronic signature will provide a verifiable seal of approval, confirming the document's legitimacy and making it easy to share and validate online.
The certificate will be automatically delivered to your email inbox, ensuring a seamless and convenient distribution process.
Additional notes:
The issuing organisation may include disclaimers stating that the certificate is not an official academic qualification or professional certification. It simply acknowledges attendance and should not be misrepresented as anything more.
Certificate of the Module Completion
Requirements:
The participant must be present for a minimum of 10 lectures (80% attendance) to meet the attendance requirements, ensuring active participation and engagement throughout the course or program.
Active participation in and engagement with the provided lecture materials and activities, including thorough review of the content, completion of assigned readings, and active involvement in discussions, exercises, and any related hands-on tasks or assessments.
Achieving an average score above the specified threshold on all quizzes is required for successful completion.
The final exam will be graded on a Pass/Fail basis only.
Acquisition process:
The certificate is issued once it has been confirmed that all requirements have been met.
The certificate is designed with additional space allocated for the signature of the certificate authority from the home university.
Certificates and module Information will be delivered either through the Moodle platform or to the email address provided by the participant.
Students must submit the certificate to be signed by the certificate authority at their home university.
Additional notes:
The workload is 75 hours.
Failure to meet requirements may result in incomplete credit or the inability to fully benefit from the material covered during the sessions.
