If you are a member in one of the 9 EURECA-PRO partner institutions or you have a EURECA-PRO-provided account, you must login first into Moodle (check the link at the top-right corner) using your (institutional) credentials and parts of the form will be automatically pre-filled with information from your profile, which must not be altered. External emails (outside EURECA-PRO domains) will be considered only for users not affiliated with any EURECA-PRO partner institution.
The event may be photographed, video-recorded or broadcast live through the official channels of EURECA-PRO and its partners. This digital material may be used by EURECA-PRO and its partners for reporting, archival, and dissemination purposes across EURECA-PRO's and partners' official websites and social media channels.
I agree that my data may be collected, processed and used by the EURECA-PRO Alliance. The data collection and temporary storage is carried out for organisational reasons and serves the purpose of carrying out the aforementioned event. The stored data will be deleted after completion of the formalities associated with this event. Further information can be obtained from the EURECA-PRO team. The data will not be linked with other personal data and will not be passed on to third parties who are not connected with the event mentioned.
