If you are a member in one of the 9 EURECA-PRO partner institutions or you have a EURECA-PRO-provided account, you must login first into Moodle (check the link at the top-right corner) using your (institutional) credentials and parts of the form will be automatically pre-filled with information from your profile, which must not be altered. External emails (outside EURECA-PRO domains) will be considered only for users not affiliated with any EURECA-PRO partner institution.

I agree that my data may be collected, processed and used by the EURECA-PRO Alliance. The data collection and temporary storage is carried out for organisational reasons and serves the purpose of carrying out the aforementioned event.
